Driver availability varies by city, pickup area, schedule and active supply. Submitting a request does not guarantee assignment until the booking status confirms a driver.
Fare estimates
Estimates use the details available at booking time. Actual extra time, one-way distance, night travel, taxes and selected car category may affect the final bill, subject to the published pricing rules.
Vehicle and journey
The customer remains responsible for the vehicle’s condition, documents, insurance, fuel, tolls, parking and route legality. Drivers may refuse unsafe or unlawful instructions.
Emergencies and third parties
DriveSathi support is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency authorities for urgent safety or medical help. Maps, payments, messaging and other third-party services may have separate availability and terms.
